08. June – Sail down the river to us! River Svratka is just behind the corner of our winery and you can take a boat and come to our winery by water. In Zátočka there will be traditional wine tasting with a little refreshment and then we will continue in our winery with live music, barbecue and wine. Once again you can look forward to a barbecue in the wine yard with live music, a tasting menu with wine pairing and the traditional Open Cellars. Wine-pairing diner with winemaker
15. June – Our wine-pairing menu is prepared by Vojta – the winemaker itself, and it consist of 8 courses paired with 8 our wines. Natálka will guide you through the whole evening and the wine pairing. The concept of the whole evening is “the chef’s table” – guests are sitting around one big table. In addition, we rely on local ingredients. diner takes place form 5 to 9 pm. It is a truly unique experience. Entrance to the tasting must be purchased in advance. Looking forward to see you there!

20. July – Our traditional summer barbecue with live music in our wine court! A lot of good wine and food and unique atmosphere of family winery. The event takes place from 12 – 20. 03. August – This will be an absolutely unrepeatable event! Special drinks from Luky Látal – one of the best barman we know. This time Natálka won’t be talking about the wine but she will be siting behind the piano and sing for you through the whole evening. And Vojta will celebrate his 30th birthday. Open cellars in Nosislav
07. September – The unique atmosphere of the wine village of Nosislav with more than 15 micro and small winemakers. You will taste wine and “burčák” from local winemakers, experience the charm of a small wine village, dulcimer, barbecue and most of all the wine! The event takes place from 12 to 20. Permanent offer of the wine yard
In the Válka Winery you will find not only wine but also a variety of goodies. All ingredients have been carefully selected from local suppliers. That’s why the menu is so local, subordinate to what we found in local producers. All further processing then takes place directly in our own premises. Every day you’ll find homemade pâté, crackling, charcuterie from a local butcher, cheese from organic farms in the area, our own baked knees, sweets from a local pastry chef or even our own mixed drinks made from wine and other products we make. We grill other specialties on select days during the summer.
