Terms of Purchase
You can create an on-line account during your first visit to our e-shop even without placing an order or during the order process. If you are a returning customer, you can use uživatelské rozhraní for registered customers, check your previous orders and order more goods. However, you can shop on our website without customer registration.
Please provide us with correct personal details, i.e. your e-mail (the main channel used for communication regarding your order), phone number, residential address and billing address (if needed), so that we can deliver your order successfully. The same information will be asked for during the registration process. The customer’s personal data are protected in conformity with the Personal Data Protection Act (101/2000 Coll.) as amended.
We offer delivery within the Czech Republic. We dispatch goods within 5 working days after receiving your order. If you want the goods to be delivered to another country within the European Union, please contact us.
The goods ordered by the customer are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. In case of C.O.D. the customer pays cash at the moment of delivery. If you choose to transfer money to our bank account, we will dispatch the items after receiving your payment.
The customer should examine the order upon delivery to ensure that the packaging is intact. If there are any problems, do not take the delivery (the delivery company will return it) or complain to the delivery company (about damaged or missing items).
Czech Post (Česká pošta) – Parcel delivery to hand means that your parcel will be delivered to the address you have provided if you have selected Advance payment.
Personal offtake – in store: Vinařství Karel Válka Kroužek 428, Nosislav GPS: 49°0’51.51″N; 16°39’9.56″E, according to otevírací doby Vinařství. You can collect your goods after receiving an e-mail notifying you that the order is ready.
Free delivery – If your order is more than 5000 CZK, we will deliver it for free.

Advance payment (to our account) – If you choose to transfer money to our bank account, we will send you the necessary data via e-mail. Please use your order number as the variable symbol. After we have received your payment, we will dispatch the items. If we do not receive your payment within 5 working days, we will cancel your order.
In cash – Personal offtake at our winery (Vinařství Válka).

Returns and Complaints
If the goods are faulty, the fastest way to complain is at our winery – Vinařství Karel Válka, Kroužek 428, Nosislav. If you decide to return the goods via a delivery company, please send the goods to the address of the winery.
The goods must be intact and complete, must not be damaged and the original copy of the receipt must be enclosed. Please, send the goods via recorded delivery and insured. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any possible loss.
We will not accept C.O.D. If you meet these conditions, we will return the money to your account no later than within 2 weeks after we have received the goods. If any items are missing or any of the conditions above are not met, the period will be prolonged until we receive complete and undamaged goods. If the conditions stated above are not met, we will not accept the withdrawal from the purchase agreement and the goods will be returned to the sender at sender’s expense.
